Soft Landings Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

How It Works

  1. Apply for the affiliate program (all applications are reviewed manually).
  2. Once approved, you receive a unique discount code that gives customers 10% off.
  3. Share your discount code with your audience.
  4. Earn 10% commission on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and refunds) for every purchase made using your code.

Tracking & Dashboard

Affiliates will have access to a performance dashboard via our affiliate platform (UpPromote) to view clicks, sales, and commissions. Affiliates are encouraged to maintain their own records.

Payments

  • Commission rate: 10% of net sales.
  • Minimum payout: $100 AUD.
  • Payment schedule: Monthly on the 15th.
  • Payment methods: Bank transfer (including ACH for U.S. affiliates) or Revolut transfer. Additional payment methods may be added at our discretion.
  • Holding period: 60 days after purchase to allow for shipping, returns, and chargebacks.
  • If a customer uses our money-back guarantee, you will not receive commission for that order.

Definitions

Net sales means the final amount received by us after discounts, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, shipping, and payment processing fees.

What You CAN Do

  • Share your code in your own content (social media, blog, newsletter, etc.).
  • Use your code in honest recommendations to your audience.
  • Follow all laws and disclosure requirements in your country (e.g., FTC guidelines requiring you to clearly disclose affiliate relationships).

What You CANNOT Do

  • Post your code on coupon websites, deal sites, or discount code databases.
  • Run paid ads using “Soft Landings” or our product names as keywords.
  • Send spam emails, texts, or unsolicited messages with your code.
  • Use misleading or false information about our products.
  • Use your own code for personal purchases. This includes purchases made by the affiliate, their household members, or entities under their control.
  • Share your code with other affiliates.
  • Pretend to be part of the Soft Landings team or represent yourself as an employee or official spokesperson.

Brand Assets & Claims

Affiliates may use Soft Landings’ name, logos, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products, provided such use is accurate and not misleading.

Affiliates may not:

  • Create or distribute mock packaging, altered product labels, or modified brand assets.
  • Make medical, therapeutic, or disease-related claims about our products.
  • Imply regulatory approval, guaranteed effects, or professional medical endorsement.
  • Provide dosage instructions, health advice, or instructions inconsistent with our official product labeling.
  • Present themselves as employees, representatives, or official spokespeople of Soft Landings.

We reserve the right to request changes or removal of any content that we reasonably believe violates these guidelines or poses legal, regulatory, or brand risk.

Account Management

  • You are responsible for following all laws and regulations in your country.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for breaking these rules.
  • We can modify, replace, or deactivate your code. Except where required to prevent fraud, abuse, or legal risk, we will provide reasonable notice before deactivating a code.
  • We reserve the right to withhold unpaid commissions in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
  • These terms can be updated with notice to affiliates.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
